Tonight I finished my first attempt at anything so functional.  I made a felt wallet based on the design from Bazaar Bizarre, with extra card holders added plus an extra lining in the billfold for looks. It's my first attempt at a project from this book and I'm quite happy with it. I made this for my friend Sasha because when I saw the green leopard print at Michael's I thought of her. She's obsessed with brass knuckles so I dowloaded a pic to make a stencil, cut it out and slapped in on there. The brass knuckles are glued, the extra inside billfold lining is both sewn at the top and glued for stability, everything else is sewn together. It's a basic trifold wallet, and I sewed some velcro on it for closure.
All folded up.

The outside, unfolded

The inside.

What ya'll think?

It's all felt baby! The outside black is this really sturdy thick felt, I think it's called EZ felt or something, it came in a huge piece, and the leopard felt is one sided ;(, the other side is white!
