The June 2006 Urban Street Bazaar was a HUGE success in Uptown.

Our next show is going to be the last weekend in Sept. Do not miss out on the opportunity to be at this amazing 3 day show of all things Handcrafted.

Detailed information is listed and explained in the application. Below we have listed some basic info.

Approximate vendors at the show: 40-55

Categories Generally Represented: Fashion Garments, Accessories, Jewelry, Baby Clothing, Furniture, Dog Clothing, Furniture, Retro Wear, Hipster goods, 50's Style Creations, Screen Printed Clothing, bags, and more, Handbags, Bodycare, candles, papergoods, Belts, Modern and Retro Furnishings, Knitted and Crocheted Items......Anything Handcrafted is considered a part of the Urban Street Bazaar!

Can we provide you with your target market?
Our Market is Hip, 85% Female, 15% Male, Trend Setters and DIY/Indie Friendly
Traditional "Country-like" Crafts may not fare well in this market.
The setting is Uptown - The best in Urban Dallas Living
This is an outdoor street fair, friendly environment where all crafters, designers and artists work together to make these events successful.

How are vendors chosen?
This is a juried show. No application fee, all info is in the pdf file you will receive. Juried means we have outside folks with various tastes in the marketplace come in and we go through the applicants and vote on those who best fit the target market, vision of the bazaar, and offer unique, creative product. Our goal here is not to exclude anyone, but to be sure that no one category is oversaturated, and to maintain a non-competitive, well diversivied show for the shoppers.

All items must be handcrafted - by you!

Interested? Email us at UptownUrbanBazaar@gmail.com to request an application. Please be sure to Enter "Request for Application" in the subject line to avoid going into our spam file.

Applications will be sent out starting Monday July 10th. It can take up to 24 hours for us to return your email, so be patient, but if you don't hear from us within 48 hours, def. send another request just in case it didn't come through.

Deadline is August 10th at 11:59, however after the jury decision, booth sizes are granted based upon date/time of receipt so be sure to get them in asap.
