I like the pants too, but I mostly wanted to say that your subject line cracked me up and I want to be your friend.

I love those they are amazing. And i completly agree with you all about kids buying mainstream Hot Topic clothes and think that their punk or goth... They really don't get it. I'd love to see a close-up of the straps!

I have a friend who thought she was *so punk* until I told her that if she was really punk, 1) she wouldn't claim to be, 2) she wouldn't listen to Fall Out Boy, and 3) she wouldn't be disgusted by thrift stores, too lazy to make something for herself, and willing to spend $200 of her mom's money at Hot Topic. So yeah, now she thinks she's emo instead. *laughs*

I'm definitely not punk, but I appreciate what you've done. I especially like the heart on the leg.

I don't really understand why people have to label. I mean I know people do it all the time. But it gets old. And as for the people who claim to be? Let them do what they want. It's their choice. Be mad about it if you want to but you don't know them. So regardless of that small amount of hypocricy that they probably have that's pretty judgemental.
I don't call myself anything. I do what I want. Wear what I want. Listen to what I want. And hang out with whoever I like. Even if they're the girls that shop at hot topic non-stop. AND. Not all of them call themselves punk...I'd know.

REGARDLESS: This is an amaing idea. What were the straps made out of? I have quite a handfull of d-rings and clips for straps that a friend gave me after trashing her really, really old bondage pants...but I don't really know what I want to use them for yet. I LOVE the heart. I mean I am a bit of a girly with the cutsey hearts but the human heart is way more amazing. I mean come on. It's what keeps us alive...I love how you cut the heart out and re-pinned it. But you MIGHT want to clamp those with some pliers or somethin. Cuz I had a saftey pin in one of my pants...The strap that held the d-ring in had broken and I wasn't at home...and I sat on it...and I had it almost all the way in my bum. That sucked.

I really do like the whole concept of these pants. Have you, though, considered adding a little more on? If you did, what would you put on it? I need advice for a pair of my own pants that I don't wear much!

this is not for being a jerk, but come on! punk has nothing to do with either clothes or music.. If a person is rebelious enough and has the right oppiniens he or she is punk... but theres a style that are inspired by the clothes the real punks were wearing back then when they excisted (cous they dont anymore.. now they're just rebelluos Wink ) and I love that style! and their music too actually.. but I dont like the oppinions ...teenage rebels always cracks me up.. long live stupidity  : )

BUT I love the pants! It must hurt a LOT to sit down... and the whole "this is a REAL heart.. not a romantisized symbol of lwe" thing is just GREAT!the heart is just to pump blood around, it cant feel a thing : )

:::::HIGH FIVE:::: amen, sista!

Okay so I like the real-heart thing. Very cute. It reminded me that my science teacher in high school had a bumper sticker that said I <3 Science but the heart was a "real" heart. I thought you might appreciate that. Anyway, you should post a pic of a close up of the strap. I am wondering how you made 'em.

Now the wintertime is coming,
The windows are filled with frost.
I went to tell everybody,
But I could not get across.
Well, I wanna be your lover, baby,
I don't wanna be your boss.
Don't say I never warned you
When your train gets lost.
