I absolutely love this!!!

Its a little advanced for my skills but I think I'm going to give it a try anyway.  I'm a middle school science teacher and I think the kids would get a kick out of it if I wore it when they were learning about DNA!

Thanks so much for posting the pattern!

That is great!!! I'm such a Genetics nerd (I already have a purse with a double helix on it) that I have to have one. I think I'll make the scarf though...too bad it doesn't get that cold down here in Mississippi.  At least my classroom is cold!

 I'm trying to make this but i think i'm doing something wrong with the diamond lave pattern...

Yours look all nice and evenly spaced like this:

{}      {}       {}      {}
     {}      {}       {}
{}      {}       {}      {}

Mine looks more like this:
{}     {} {}      {}
    {}         {}
{}     {} {}      {}

This is the first time I've used a chart, am I doing someting wrong?

No, you're right! There's an error in the chart. I just made a corrected PDF  but I have to wait till I get home tonight to upload it. If you or anyone needs it before then, email me at squeakyweasels@yahoo.com and I'll send it to you!

Okay, corrected chart is up!  The original link on the pattern should take you to the revised PDF.
