[Modus Operandi]

I received yesterday. I am unable to post pictures because I am at work, and didn't have time to take any yesterday. Maybe Shelby will have some to post. If I have some time this weekend I will post some.

Anyway, I got a painting and some push pins. And a photo album with a picture postcard in it of someone's dog. Shelby said it was a 'memory worth saving'...it has a long message on the back, I can at least post that. Its to Tara in Big Sky, Montana from June of 1993.And ironically its from somone named Amy, it reads:
"Whoops! I put it on [the dog's picture] upside down. Your dog says hello and woof![which is also upside down] to you. Any day now I'm sure I will be receiving a nice long letter from you, and just to increase the likelihood of that, I am sending you even more mail (it's like insurance- only it hasn't paid off yet). I went to the "Taste of Bloomington" art fair on the sqaure this weekend- like a small version of the one in Madison- it was fun and I bought some things, though not nearly as much as I wanted to buy. Tonight I'm going mountain biking for the first time! Next weekend it's home for Shelly's wedding- Then just 1 more week of work! ps. the picture was from 6-5-93 on the way to the island. Love Amy. WRITE!"

I received today!!!! I love everything! I'm so glad that polkadot pixie popped my swapping cherry!!

Oh wow, your stuff is so cool!  Love that pillow and the CD is such a cool idea!  Everything looks great!

I'm doing the same, don't worry, I'm sure I'll love whatever you've sent me!!!     I'm obsessed with anything handcrafted so even if you send me like a bucket I'd been dancing around the room all excited!
