you know, honestly, the books at the end were terrible.  I adore Ann Rice and she did some amazing work, but after her husband died and she quit drinking....well, she wasn't writing the same anymore.  Have any of you read Blackwood Farm?  Just a bloody hell mess from start to finish.  Terrible!  But, just my opinion. I haven't read it yet. I have Interview, The Vampire Lestat, Queen of the Damned, Tale of the Body Theif, Blood and Gold and I have Pandora.

I'm all for this but I really don't like Anne Rice's style of writing. (Don't hate me!)

WitchyBelle - you can like whatever kind of vampires you want!  I'm all for any vampires, really.  My first favorite vampire movie was "Fright Night" - a classic!LOL  I didn't "meet" Ann Rice until I was in my 20's (good lord, I won't mention how long ago that was!!).

This sounds awesome!  I've loved vampires ever since I read Dracula in third grade.  My personal vamp obsession at the moment is Alucard from the manga/anime Hellsing (so much sexier in manga and OAVs than the anime!)

What sort of ETA are you thinking of?

I was thinking of starting signups the week of May 15th and running them for at least two weeks.  Then three weeks to craft, so sendout around June 19th.

How does that sound?  I'd like to generate a little bit more interest, so I want to wait about another week.  If you know anyone that would be interested, send them by!
