I made this for the Fae Creatures swap for my partner JKaz--I thought I would make my first post on this board!

Her tail is made out of black velvet, her fins and hair out of (I forget the name) sheer slippery fabric, and her red body is cotton with a bit of shine.  I hand painted her face with acrylics and decorated her hair and hip with beads and ocean charms!

Shes lovely! I like the fact that shes red, not the colour you would think of for a mermaid, but it works.
