Hi all! For my book, I had to give away just about every one of the projects in it to the publisher for publicity purposes. Sad But that gives me an excuse to make some incarnations of the projects to keep for myself! Grin

I made this version of the popsicle stick purse to take with me on book signings and to make me happy by keeping on a shelf in my office. I love making these because you can decorate them in so many interesting ways.

Hooray for sparkly pink and green pom poms!

Who can resist those adorable little mushroom birds you see in craft stores?! Not me! Especially when they come in fluorescent pink and green!

That handle totally rocks!

Thanks! I must say that I love the idea of pom poms as a purse handle in general. It would look great in less garrish colors too. I strung those pom poms onto wire but I bet you could string them onto really durable thread or a quadrupled up piece of thread of something for a more flexible handle.

That is SO awesome! Personally, I love the pink/green combo Smiley

I'm hoping to make it to the book release party at Spark (since I managed to miss you at PLA:( )
