Ill claim rosali for back issues of crafty magazines or an old craft book.
This is my third wish this round.  Im in California!
My Wish List:

 Kits:

1. A learn to bind books kit
2. A learn to quilt kit
3. A quilling kit.

Supplies

4. Easy sewing patterns and/or fabric and/or zippers, ribbon, buttons,  d-rings, etc.
5. Rubber stamps (especially handmade)
6. Supplies for card making: paper, ephemera, ink pads, paper punches, etc.
7. Wool Roving

Crafts:

8.  An embroidered tablecloth and/or napkins and/or placemats with geometric or mod designs. Prefer whites, creams, blues and greens on this one.

9. A fun in the tub set with bath bombs, bubble bath, bath salts, etc

10. Bags  (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=28740.0), (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=59988.0), (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=3920.0), (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=24610.0), (http://www.themikkelsens.net/sarah/journal/2006/02/drawstring-tote.html)

11. Wall art: It doesnt need to be too big. I prefer things in black and white, or blues. I like abstract and geometric images, along with simple shapes and text.  I also love shadowboxes like this one(http://birdinthehand.typepad.com/photos/online_shop/smallbirdsshadowbox.html)

12. Crafty magazines and/or project tutorials. I keep a binder with a ton of ideas in it. Anything to add to my idea book would be great, as long as it isn't knitting or crochet related.

13. A homemade cookbook: I would love a small book containing your favorite recipes and the dishes that are hits with your family and friends.

14. A homemade stuffed animal. (If it was a mouse holding a hot dog (in a bun) that would be absolutely amazing. Its part of an inside joke with a friend.)

15. A surprise based on my likes and/or wishes. If you have something in mind but youre not sure about it, feel free to pm me.

Edited to add: I just set up a wist for myself, so anything from that would be great as well! http://www.wists.com/bluelise

Edited some more to add: Gah! Did I kill this swap? Eep!

16. A knitted or crocheted shrug. I prefer sleeves either 3/4 length or shorter. I would love it to be navy, chocolate brown or grey.

17. Some lovely black and white photographs. Preferrably something nature-related. Trees, flowers, fields, etc.

18. Bookplates

19. Anything related to Survivor or Gilmore Girls

Im 26 and Im a Midwestern transplant living in Southern California. Im a book nerd to the extreme. I love classic literature and Harry Potter (esp. Snape, Lupin and the Weasley twins). I like blue, teal, grey, cream and brown, but Ill occasionally pine after vintage, argyle and mod patterns. I love paper crafts, letter writing and sewing. I also have a love for maps. Thanks to kat_penguino, daydreamer13579, kiki_eks, VW69 and Hertrigger for granting earlier wishes!

Okay, this is probably a dumb question.   Huh  But this is the first time I've considered joining an ongoing swap, and I'm curious...would I have to pick something from the list that was posted immediately before me?  Or could I pick from someone further back?

I'm pretty sure I already know the answer, but I just want to make sure.

Leylia -

If you want to join a wish swap and pick from anyone's list that has posted (not just the person immediately before you), then you could join the 2006 Wishlist May Swap.  Here's the link:

http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=92885.0

But this swap is cool, too.  Undecided Too many swaps, too little time.

OK-I'll send a definition necklace. PM me what word you'd want defined.
Here's my list:
I'm in somewhat chilly, northern California
- Anything from my wists- apparently I love bandwagons  http://www.wists.com/Bobolink
- A swap journal with sections to input info
- T-shirt with a knitting stencil or screen-print
- how to screen print kit (serious long shot I know)
-crochet amigurami animal
-japanese craft books with knitting patterns
-etched glasses
- a resin bracelet- or a how to resin kit
-shopping cats embroidery.. see my wist
- Cherry blossom and bird embroidery- a la kittykill- see my wists
- needle felting kit
- a forest friends themed painting or drawing- that you made
- a mini shrine
-something with a crow stencil.. I like one where the crow is singing a heart (this is sort of targeted at knottiedotty  )
- I love this clutch too!- http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=77766.0 especially the brown one
- Cute stuffy with a meat theme.. meat, hot dog, hamburger, bacon etc...
-a stuffy like Kristen81 sent to K8
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=77174.110;topicseen
- A hoody (fitted with zipper) with any of my likes
- A vinyl wristlet- I got one already and LOVE it!! So I dedided I need more!!  or anything cool made with vinyl- I love how it looks.
- This is also a hard one, but I love me those meat soaps!
- Something needle felted. I love that technique! I ADORE the two by radal16 i hvae in my wists
- A journal with mixed color/ patterned paper inside. Like the one fadeawaydreams made I don't need a blank journal for writing, but one like that that I can scrapbook with or use as a knitting journal would be great.
like this one:  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=74965.40
I'd really LOVE this one. I just started teaching knitting- and I want to make a journal featuring everyone's first project- cause I'm so proud of them all
-long loopy necklace
- this is very specific- but 8inch length circular needles size 6-8- I can't find them!!
-Any Jean Greenhowe pattern books- other than Bazaar knits.
-Stuffy yeast (the model organism I work on) I have a great one from Jaami and just bought a Giant Microbes one so I decided I could make a collection. PM me for details specifications, but it will mostly be a white sphere with a smaller sphere budding off of it.

About me: 28  year old grad student who spends way too much time on craftster at my desk, instead of where I should be- at my bench doing experiments. I love all animals and animal motifs. Owls and all birds, forest animals, cats etc.. Nature stuff and city artsy stuff too. I love all colors, but probably bright ones over pastels, but earthy ones are great too especially for a nature theme. I also prefer off colors to primaries- ie turquiose over navy blue. I love any old, vintage, retro and mod looking stuff and patterns- but I really like modern stuff too. I love old vintagy stuff like adds ie- fruit crate labels and pin ups. I love when prissy crafts are mixes with racy stuff ie an embroidered pin up- I think that really represents what us awesome craftsters are up to. I also love food stuff, sushi, meat, sweet stuff etc.. probably cause I love food! And I love japanese and mexicana stuff.
Dislikes- just cut up books, and I really don't need any more journals. I just have too many and I'd hate for you to work on something I just can't use.

I'll claim Bobolink for a swap journal...my list in a minute

I'm from NY. My wishlist:

1- Amy Butler type of fabric- actually any type of fabric you have- preferably about a yard long.

2- A bag like this:

http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=31017.0

3- Felt bead necklace like the purple one in the link below.
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=21330.0

4- A clutch like the Sex and the City one. I would love the white knitted one that has cables in it on the dowels.
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=32972.140 Thank you rockstr009!!

5- A painting inspired by Monet to dress up my bedroom.

6- A diy kit for sewing a specific project that you are good at. I'm a beginner sewer and I work well with patterns but I would love to learn some new projects. For example: If you're good at making Jordy bags or a certain type of skirt than you could send me a picture filled tutorial and some materials to aid me. I can make a lot of basic things so I would love learning something with more difficulty. If you need me to be clearer you can PM me.

7- A wallet made of some big bold flower fabric [not paisley flower like] Pretty please!
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=87323.0
The fabric and style is perfect.

8-- DIY stencil kit or Kanzashi flower kit. I'm loving the kits that you guys put together- every one I've gotten has been incredibly amazing!

9- A knitted headband like this one:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=74104.0
I love the colors used in it too.

10- I love everything about this orange clutch:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=77766.0

11- A bag knitting bag like the green one down at the bottom of the page. I love the color!
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=88284.10

12- Any Amy Butler patterns that you have [with all pattern pieces and directions, please]

14- Anything on my wists    Grin

15- I'm sort of in a long distance relationship and I would love a kit that would help cheer me up for the times that my boyfriend isn't here. OR a kit that would help motivate me to work out and eat better. The whole winter I've been living on a diet of cheese doodles and brownies. Hehe.

16- A fleece hat with ears on it [with directions included so I can learn how to make more] Yea! Thank you so much racehorse87!

17- Anything and everything to help me sell more things on my etsy shop or to make it more professional for when I do.    Grin

18- I'm not sure if I can add this but I'd love a copy of The Happy Hooker Smiley

About me: I'm 22 and I'm going for my masters in early education. I work at a daycare center in a classroom filled with four year olds. I love to knit [beginner], crochet, cook, and sew. I want to broaden my crafting horizons though so I want to learn some new things. I love dark gem-like colors, especially blues, plums, and reds.  I'm a simple girly-girl. I think this picture best sums up my style: http://static.flickr.com/31/63660763_ae87a69fec.jpg?v=0

ooh! i pick dontlookback for some marble magnets like the ones on her wists!  this is my 4th claim; according to the post office, 1 has been received, the other 2 are ready to send!

i'm in portland, oregon, USA.

Sewing:

1. A bag like this one:  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=84722.0
I LOVE it, especially the birdy theme (and size! i have a lot of books so it would need to be large and sturdy).  Maybe in green?  I would love you forever!  Or a tote in the style of this one (Im not such a fan of the fabric): http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=83530.0
2. A circle skirt or a similarly non-tight knee-ish length skirt.  PM me for size/colors.  There is at least one in my wists I need something to wear this summer, since I hate to wear shorts!
3.  A vinyl tote/large purse/messenger bag with some freestyle sewing-machine embroidery.
4. A belt.  Id like something that can go with lots of different colors (maybe a neutral-y blue or green and white?) and I wear my jeans low on my hips, so PM me for measurements! thanks, knottydottie!!
5. A nice sturdy grocery tote or two like these: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=47761.0
6. Something for me to carry my lunch in.  Right now I just use paper sacks, which makes me feel very wasteful, and I hate that theyre so noisy and crinkly (I cant sneakily eat snacks!).  PM me for specific size/style.
7. Pajama pants.  Id like a pair in soft colors; flannel would be awesome and so would vertical stripes!
8. Some sort of summery shirt/tank top.  There are a few in my wists that I would love!  Somewhat relatedly, a cute cardigan (could be reconned, embroidered, whatever) to wear when it gets chilly!
9. Is it totally weird to ask for underwear?  I am in serious need of some new, cute undies!  Stripes, polka dots, whatever as long as theyre comfy and not bulky.  (If youre under 18, please make sure your parents are okay with you making underwear for a stranger Smiley)

Knit/crochet:

1. Amigurumi animal modeled after one of my pets (your pick of cats, dog, or hamster)
2. A headband like this one: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=74104.0
3. A knitted cloche hat.  Id love one in olive, cranberry, beige/brown, or a deep reddish orange.  Warm, earthy tones look best on me.  I like this hat:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=84722.150 (scroll down)
4. A felted anything.  A felted bag would be neat.  Ooh, or felted beads!

Paper crafts:

1. Handmade stationery or notecards with envelopes.
2. Paper stars for me to hang in my room like these ones: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=83862.0;topicseen

A DIY kit for any of the following:

1. stenciling or screen-printing
2. kanzashi flowers
3. crochet I want to learn this just so I can make amigurumi hamsters!
4. pmc (I have no idea how this works, but I would love to learn!)
or surprise me with a cool DIY craft kit! I love learning how to make new things!

Other:

1. I love this crane necklace: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=72997.msg686245;topicseen
2. Teeny little super guy glass: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=86122.0
3. A stenciled/silkscreened shirt or bag.  Things Ive been into lately: birds, cherry blossoms, cats, trees, the phrase cat party, muffins.  PM me if you need more ideas/sizes.
4. Some yummy soap.
5. A few pretty brooches to make my work clothes (mainly plain cardigans over tanks) a little less dull.  I would love one with a small kanzashi flower or with a little felted flower (like the felted camellia in my wists).
6. Anything that has to do with any of my pets pictures available upon request Smiley
7. Radish earrings!
8. A prettified travel coffee mug for me to take to work in the mornings.  My roommate borrowed my old one a few months ago, but it was pretty ugly anyway.  Dishwasher safe please Smiley
9. Anything from my wists or based on my wists!

Supplies:

1. Im just getting into journal making and I would love some neat paper!  Mostly text-weight or scrapbook paper no cardstock, unless its a really cool pattern.  **If you choose me for this, PLEASE write do not bend on your package!!  My mailman likes to try and cram things into the mailbox**

2. Ephemera!  Especially anything with birds on it; I would be eternally grateful if I received some bird-watching books (or other science-y bird books with small drawings/watercolors of birds) that I could cut up to make pendants with.  Also, anything that will help me getting started making ATCs, which is going to be my next project! thanks, princessblueberry!

3. I have a beautiful old Singer sewing machine, but Im absolutely terrified of it.  It seems like every time I use it, I manage to mess up the tension or get a big wad of thread stuck coming up from the bobbin.  I would love you forever if you sent me the manual for it (theres an online version similar to mine here: http://www.sewingonline.co.uk/instructions/singer478  -- but I work better with instructions I can hold and touch) or anything to help me overcome my fears and also learn how to deal with common sewing machine problems instead of throwing up my hands in defeat. yay, animegirlie is sending me the manual!!

4. Anything to help me organize all of my craft junk.  This could be anything from a pretty jar to hold pencils/rulers/scissors to a decoupaged box to a nice big basket/tote for works in progress.  Any organization would seriously help me!

5. Those bobby pins with the flat spot on the end I cant find them anywhere! Also pin backs and those metal barrettes (I think theyre called french barrettes) for decorating.

About me: I'm a 19 year old working college student in Portland, Oregon.  Im studying to become a social worker.  I love nature and animals; I have 3 cats, a dog, a hamster, and some fish.  I don't like super flashy things (neon, huge hawaiian flowers, etc) and my favorite colors are green, red, and blue.  I love vintage stuff -- some of my favorite fabrics are 30s style prints.  I also like more modern patterns, like bold stripes and polka dots and there is a special place in my heart for super-cutesy cat prints.

Thank you!!
