So I have a very basic computer desk that's just a 5' kitchen counter with removable legs (brackets and legs from Lowes).  Everything was scattered about the desk and it had no organization.  Plus, the wall behind it was just bare and empty.  So I built myself a desk hutch.

My messy desk before:

I basically used 10" wide pine wood that you get at Lowes/Home Depot and cut them to the sizes i wanted and put them together.  48" long, 18" tall.  Painted it with this pretty blue that matches a few other pieces of furniture in my room.  Some of the wood was recycled from my basement, so the shelves are curved and slightly crooked, but it gets the job done.  Only took me a day to build and paint.  There are also some mug hooks on the side to hold my headphones, keys, and a few other things.

Great job!!! The desk and hutch reminds me of a table and shelf that I had done a few years back.

So cool! Sort of like those spiffy pictures in PBTEEN.

May I ask why you have a bottle of contact lens solution at your computer desk? Cheesy

Hehe why thank you!  And I have the bottle of solution there because of many long nights of computer gaming. Wink
