Y'know I haven't been able to find dollar loteria cards in like 2 years - they used to have then at the 99c only sotres but all of the sudden they dried up!  There's a place in central SD that has them for like 2.50 a pack if you don't find anything better.  Let me know - I'll have to ask the man what the address is.

 i live in santa fe springs (right where the 5 & 605 meet), and they have them in alot of 99 cent stores here. I also went to into l.a this weekend, to Olvera street. they sell them at all the stands there for like 2.50. and they are different size cards...last time i was in san diego i couldve sworn i had seen them in Old Town. That has a lot of mexican type stuff im sure they would have them there. not sure for how much though....i can buy you some here and mail them to you if you want.

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all have to live in the same box

dude...I'm totally out too.... I've got like one good set left, and I was thing (for decopauge pourposes) to just take them into kinko's or a copy place, and have several more made outta the ones i have... The 99 cent store is so dope, but no more. I think I litterally "cLeaned" them out the last time i was at the one in oceanside...It's sooo funny about Loteria. I used to play that as a kid. My Mexican Gradparents would set up a game, and we'd play for pennies and cookies!!! Grin

hope you find some.
good luck!

I actually found a site online with all the loteria tablets and the single card images.  I printed them up and they're great.  Here's the link:

I don't know if you are still looking, but around here ( San Fernando
Valley) they have them at the checkout stands of the
Vallarta Markets, thats a chain of Hispanic markets. They may have them in SD

SD=San Diego?

I was just in Old Town this week and there was this shop that had TONS of mexican stuff like pots, chimineas, toys, windchimes... it was enormous. Anyway, they had loteria sets for like less than $3 I think.
