Hehe, thanks alwaysinmyroom, roxybadoxy, sewknitter and PinkyK for all the kind comments! I love this craftalong (it's really my first...)

PinkyK, nope, it's not needle felted, it's just made from plain old acrylic felt that you get in those sheets...I bought a heap of them in all sorts of colours to satisfy my crafting urges and I keep them in my nice neat show box which is getting very full...but I seriously am in love with felt at the moment...I keep seeing random everyday things and wondering if I could somehow make it out of felt Cheesy Oh and I can't wait to see your glass bowl! It sounds intriguing!

Ooooh, I'm thinking about the next colour already...Grin This craftalong is so fun already!!

ps. I gave away my little bubba strawberry a few mere hours after I made it as a last minute birthday pressie!!

I wanted to sew something, but because I've also decided to participate in Amish Katamari Puzzle Ball Craftalong and in Craft Challenge #15, I finally made this quick craft:

It's a can with plastic wallpaper (we have lots of smaller ones - we got them from our uncle who worked in a theater for a while and they remained them) and two pictures from last page of older calendar. Now we have small papers for notices in it.

I missed my glass fusing class last week due to an unexpected out of town trip. Sooooooo I couldn't pick up my red item! Maybe I'll go over there after work tomorrow and pick it up.  If not I'll get it this Thursday. I'll post my item late Thursday night or sometime on Friday.

I just hope it turned out OK. You never know how things are going to look when they come out of the kiln!

I made a special tote for someone (can't show it because she has not yet received...), but, my favorite part was this small skull charm that I made from shrinky dinky!!

This was my first time using this magic stuff--I drew the outline with a sharpie and then used colored sharpies and white pencil to fill in--it was fun because I was not sure what size it would turn out to be!!

I made a few practice ones, which turned out way way too tiny, ha ha--the size of my pinky nail--but now, I am on my way to becoming a shrinky dinky addict!

I've really been wanting to try crocheting a panta, and I realized that I hadn't made an item for red yet, so I decided to make my first one using some red yarn that'd been sitting in my stash for ages.

I'm pretty happy with it. Smiley

Thanks! Smiley

No, I can't take credit for the pattern. I got it from this thread http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=55440.0, but I didn't do quite as many rows and I used a smaller hook.

Scraping in under the deadline again - here is a red skirt I put together for a play.  It was incredibly simple, but it's being worn by a very pretty actress, which helps!  The red scarf is separate - pic could be confusing.
