The ongoing Purse-making Addiction! Spring Purse

OK--so it is not MY spring purse!  I made this purse for a funky, whacky and fun-loving swap buddy   in my first swap ever (I highly recommend these swaps!), so technically, it is HER spring purse!  Thought you might like to see yet another purse; will we ever run out of inspiration or fabric?  I THINK NOT!

i LOVE it! is that piping you used around the flap the same fabric as the lining? I have got to try that, it looks great!

Yes, it is the same fabric! You basically have to cut the fabric on the bias and cover some stuff I got at the upholstery section of Hancock's fabric (the middle part). To be honest, it was so very easy!  Thanks.

I love your spring purse!  I must say---I am also in the ongoing purse-making addiction!   My hubbie asked me what I was going to do with all of these purses!! I hope to post pix soon.  I don't have a digital camera--yet

hee hee --  bought the fabric in every color they had! I love it, too and it was hard to give up but it went to a special person so...guess I will have to pick another color!  Glad to see someone else has my good taste..ha ha--make something fun and post it! I love seeing other people's stuff!!
