Okay, I hope this isn't a dumb question:

I joined my first swap and sent out just over 6 weeks ago.  I've had very little contact with my partner, who is also the organiser.  I see that she has flaked on people before and now has a negative.  So, I asked another swap organiser if I could join in her swap and she asked for my postal receipt.  I sent it to her and she let me join.  Here's my question:  once I send and receive positive feedback, is it okay for me to start a swap?  I had planned with some of the members & organiser of my current swap that I would do a poll and do the next swap, but I want to make sure it's okay.

Just to clarify, I do have my receipt from the first swap and since I haven't heard much from my partner, I am having it tracked down (it's international).  I also just did an Angel swap if that helps any.

I just wanted to make sure that I'm not going to be breaking any rules.
