Front view, this is the only shot where you can see the little holes

Side view, I love the way it flares out in the back

I found this wonderful wriggly knit fabric at Fabricland years ago and couldn't decide what to do with it. It's not super stretchy and it has tiny little holes built in that make it hard to sew. I finaly pulled it out and used a simple gathered v-neck pattern for the front, and improvised the rest! I cut the back with the stripes going the opposite way for fun, and added three rows of elastic thread to the back to make up for the lack of stretch. I think it looks downright sexy, and very retro chique! Hope you like it!
(excuse the crappy mirror shots!)

I LOVE it!! I really like that you cut the fabric so it lies vertically on front and horizontally on back. It really emphasizes the style details of each side that way. GREAT job!!
