Eeeeek! I just cast on for this last night and am using six different colours, so it should turn out looking a bit like this one: http://www.teenmag.com/seen/articles/0,,639388_654891,00.html  but there will be a lot of weaving in ends which I am not looking forward to!

If you make each stripe a little narrower (less than 4 rows per color), you may be able to carry the yarn ends up along the sides.  Might be worth it to avoid weaving in all those ends!

I did six rows of each colour and I'm weaving in the ends as I go along so it's not actually that bad. It's going well because the stitch is interesting enough to keep me working at it. And I love the colours I'm using. This is such a great stashbusting project!
