a fellow craftster that lives in the same city as me... Vegbee asked me to make her sister some arm warmers that have skulls on them... she didnt care what style as long as the had skulls (oh and came just below elbow) so i got to have some fun with these... it took some trying to come up with a good design but i really like how they turned out... its really awkward to take pictures of them but it gives you a general idea...
this picture is kinda blurry but i couldnt get a good pic..

this is the lace up part.. it laces up on the outside sides... very cool

i have been thinking about making this a free pattern on my site, if theres enough interst i surely will... let me know if you folks likey!

EDITED TO ADD
i finally added this pattern to my free pattern site on my blog.

i didnt have a pattern while making them... just notes jotted down this is what i remember doing... so if there are issues please let me know!

They remind me a whole lot of Ysolda's opera length gloves.  http://www.ysolda.me.uk/wordpress/index.php/lace-up-opera-gloves/
Great minds think alike, I guess!

Your armwarmers are so cool. I love skulls and the lacing makes them even better. I would love a pattern.

I think you should sumbit this to the rock along knit along where they have all those knits with skulls and stars and stuff.
