After participating in two of the "My Country Doesn't Have That" swaps and learning about how unique different countries are and all the food/candy/papers/crafty supplies/etc they have I was kinda thinking about a diffrent kind of swap. What if it was like a three month swap with different themes for each month such as food, craft supplies, a surprise, a package with a color theme, stuff you make, all about you theme, partners favorites, etc.... Or maybe it could be six months with a send out every other month? I wasn't thinking of havin this right away seeing as how R.4 is still going, I was just wondering if there was any interest to do this?

If so, I would like to know, when you want to do it.
How many send outs?
Any diffrent themes you can think of?
Any other ideas you have?

Super! The old one hasn't even ended, but I'm addicted to swaps so maybe in a few months (like end of may/june)?

Ohhh this is SO tempting, hunting for and buying stuff for the Country swap was so much fun Cheesy

If funding permits when this starts I am so possibly in! LOL (I am dying here from swap postage overload, hehe)

I love the themed send-outs idea...possibly since I just got a bunch of American candy yesterday and am totally loving it Grin and a craft supply package would be AWESOME! Maybe near the end there could be a little 'about you' package with little tid-bits from your daily life and such...I love getting to know partners while swapping and I'm sure there would be a lot of bondage (err, I meant bond-ING, ha!) within a longer swap! It would be great to have a little personal reminder of your partner Cheesy

OOh, ooh, or a 'partners favourites' package, because you know the best stuff from all around you! Or A 'special request' package (may require some country research! Always good).

Geez, my mind is going crazy here, great idea lamamarco! Wink

Thanks! I love your ideas, I too enjoy getting to know someone when you are swapping with thme.
I think the "about you" package idea is awesome along with the partners favorites.
Going to add that to possible themes.

Personally I'd love to do this swap!  Smiley
But wouldn't there be more chance of flakers with numerous sendouts? Perhaps there could be a 'no newbies' rule on this one?
