I bought a screen printing kit specifically to make this handkerchief for my then-boyfriend as a Christmas gift. His two favorite comics of all time are V for Vendetta and Y the Last Man, so I made corresponding gifts. He was pretty pleased. This was my first time ever trying this, so there's some extra ink on the edges, but overall, I think it came out pretty well.

I found an image of the cover of the comic, traced the important details in Adobe Illustrator, then cut out the black parts, traced, and filled in on the screen. Later, I hand lettered everything but the capital "V"s. The comic is published by Vertigo, a division of DC.

I like it a lot, but I think you should have printed the "FOR VENDETTA" as well.

Yeah, but it was kind of a rushed project and the letters were too small to cut out well.  Embarrassed
