This reminds me of the day when I was crazily crafting stuffed toys but couldn't find any fiberfill. I used plastic grocery bags instead. It's a good way to recycle and makes a cool sound when you squish it. *crinkle crinkle* Anyways...babies might like that?

the crinkle is a good idea too and here's another suggestion.  at the dollar store they have sets of cat toys that are little plastic balls with bells inside.  that would work too.  these are cute, cheekymama.
