WOWSERS! That's fab! I love it. I think you did a great job! I had a couch I said I was going to recover for years and ended up pitching it....too bad, cuz yours is super cute and I have boxes and boxes of denim!

I love the pillows, too! I think the whole thing is adorable! Way to go!

What an awesome job! What kind of material did you use? It looks like jersey and denim...
I have those t shaped cushions on my couch, which makes it more difficult to cover...i need to do something though!

Anyone know what to do about slouchy couch pillows? I have down feathered pillows and they don't hold their shape at all.

No disrespect to your husband...but I do hope he realizes the absolute genius, guts, and wonderfulness of you and your creativity ( and your sofa)

I know that I am pretty much in awe.

( always wanted a pink sofa)

The pictures show up on my end, hopefully any problems the site had is working now.  I ended up using about 12 yards of fabric (of coarse this is just a love-seat, and not a fullsize sofa).

MonkeyThumb, I think your couch looks awesome too!

ooh, i saw your couch for a second and it looked Great! i can't see it now though, very odd that.

mine did take forever and matching everything up was a pain, not so bad as cutting all that denim though, ouch! my poor hands. it's not perfect but it's not really supposed to be, it's more of a potato skins slip cover than anything else. it's a hid-a-bed too so there needed to be some 'give'. it was fun!

Thanks for the compliments!  It was really fun to do, and it did kinda end up like something you would see on "Blues Clues"... lol
