Hi there!  I'm Corvus, and I like to drill holes in just about everything.  This includes Micromachines, which make awesome focal pieces.  For example:

And, of course:

I accented each piece with hematite stars, lavastone rounds (like little asteroids, minus space slugs), and silver chains recycled from other, less awesome thrift store jewelry.

I think I've used the word "awesome" enough for one post.

Why thank you!  I'm trying to get my hands on an AT-AT.  I also think it'd be fun to snatch a bunch of Space Shuttle micromachines and make commemorative necklaces, what with the looming retirement of the shuttle program.

Ebay's been my best source so far.

Alas, I sold it!  I plan to make more, though.  Also, I've got the Millennium Falcon upstairs waiting for its necklace-bits.  And a Star Destroyer.  And TIE Fighters.  Yay!
