I am actually attempting to make this shirt right now, but I've encountered a problem. The underbust piece ,which I sewed onto the top part, won't fit on over my boobs! Did you encounter the same problem or am I doing something wrong?

yeah, I'm thinking I'm a 32DDD and there's no way I could get that shirt on without a zipper.

Now I'm on a mad rush to find identical fabric, because that is just the perfect shirt!

Yeah... I have a small bust, so although it's a tight squeeze, I can get it over my top half. For those who were more blessed, you'll probably need to install a zipper or maybe make it tie in the back (though I'm thinking this could result in the pregnancy look).

I made this shirt about a year ago... I'm glad people still like it!

I ended up adding elastic to the under-bust piece. which added a neat ruffly effect kinda. I'm going to do the same thing on the sleeves so that they ruffle. I'll post pictures when I'm done ^_^

If you put the embroidered ribbon on it, I'd put it on the little ribbon-sized section.
That way the design of the shirt pops out a little more.
Very, very good and a cute design.
