Moonshire, my most wonderful swap partner rocks! I must say that my photos do not do these justice. The stitching and attention to detail is amazing. The autographed photo of Fozzie is priceless! You must know the right people.  Cheesy
I loved every minute of this swap and if there is another, I'm sure to join again. Thanks Anna-Begins for putting it together.

Here's some more pictures I took before sending these.. They also show the inside lining fabric I used which I tried to use something that seemed to go with the character.. tropical for kermit, polka dots for fozzie, plaid for gonzo  everything was made with scraps and odds and ends i had around which was great.. i only had to pay for postage for this.. and i used up all my old muppet stamps i had been hoarding so i saved there too

this was a lot of fun.. i now have to make myself a kermit pouch cause i absolutlely love that one..

Would you not like to be?  -DMB

So I drag my butt into the house last night around midnight after a basketball game and what do I find on my doorstep?

A little furry blue super hero on a box! And, believe it or not, I resisted the temptation to tear the box open. I wanted to give it my full attention, so I waited until I got in from work tonight to look at the goodies Nest made me. And, dang, when they say good things come in small packages, they mean it. This little, unassuming box contained a massive amount of swap goodness. Fortunately, it contained a list to help guide me through. Smiley

Um... let's see... we've got...

A fabric transfer of the image of Super Grover for my own crafty creations:

A set of pushpins on a little cork backing:

(check out the Tweedlebug on the far right!)

A set of magnets in a little tin:

A set of five gift enclosure envelopes (perfect for me, because I'm a heavy-gifter) made from old Sesame Street books:

A big pack of personalized bookplates and stickers:

A glass slide necklace of Herry Monster and Grover:

Two CDs, one of the 25th anniversary collection and one custom made (which I'm listening to right now):

Custom CD song listing:
     Sesame Street ThemeBob McGrath
     A Smile Connects UsKermit
     The Honker Duckie Dinger JamboreeErnie
All I Have to do is DreamLinda Ronstadt
Mahna Mahna <-- which I read
          y'all talking about but didn't
          place because I didn't
          know its name  Embarrassed
     Bein' GreenKermit
     The Rainbow ConnectionSarah Mclachlan
Dance Myself to SleepErnie and Bert
I Don't Want to Live on the MoonKermit
African Alphabet SongLadysmith Black Mambazo and Kermit
But I Like You <-- hidden track!
(not on the track listing) Wink
Ernie and Bert
     If I WereKermit
     Jim Henson's Dead <-- which
I'd never heard and is great
Stephen Lynch

AND (drum roll please), a great tweedy tote bag to carry all my stuff in with a Muppets pocket on the front:

*whimpers quietly* I'm so humbled. You rock, Nest!

Nest!  What cool things!  Everything is super cute, but I especially love the Herry & Grover pendant - what a sweet picture.
