hello people!
im setting up a new online store that sells tshirt and handmade items, but im trying to find a good shopping cart.
paypal is good, but it's not that flexible enough. mal's e is ok, but im still trying to learn how to do it.
any suggestions guys?

There's a forum at mals-e with some links to outside sites that may be helpful. Theres a small learning curve to setting it up, but not too bad. Once you figure out what you want, you can paste it on every buy page and you're pretty much done. The shipping is tough for me, but maybe that's true everywhere. Good luck!

I really like mals.  If you search craftster, we've had some threads about it before--they'll probably help you out.  Paypal is too rigid in what you can and can't do, but with a mals cart you can still accept paypal.  It's the best of both worlds.

I too use Mals with payments processed through PayPal and have recently taken care of my shipping cost problem by purchasing the Shipping Plug-In for Mals at http://www.auctioninc.com/info/page/ecommerce_tools and it only cost like $15 a quarter (3 months) to get accurate shipping charges.
