I just have to join this thread, I have read every page! Lol. 

I have been engaged for about 3 months, and our wedding date is 10/10/2010.
Is that cliche? I think it's cute. Haha.

We are going to get married in Vegas, becuase it is only a few hours from home and it is where we got engaged.

As of now, we know the date, and that the colors will be black and white with dark red accents.

As for my list... hmmm. I need:
---Save the dates
---Invites
---Centerpieces
---Decorations
---Cake
---Cake stand
---A dress!
---Choose bridesmaids
---Argh! Everything! Haha.

I picked two bridesmaids and a maid of honor! My sister, neice, and sister-in-law-to-be! Haha.
I made them thank you cards for saying yes!

I wasn't going to post here for awhile because my wedding date was September 3rd, 2010. Well it is now June 5th, 2010(alot of cousins would be unable to attend otherwise). We are happy with this because September seemed too far away. So far this is what is on the DIY list:

-Brides, bridesmaids, moms and flowergirls' jewelry
-Cupcakes
-Card box
-Sashes for Bridesmaids?
-Flowergirl baskets
-Favors
-Origami
-Decorated candles
-Bouquets, corsages, boutennieres
-Memorial

Naturally I will be recruiting a good deal of help from FH, BMs, my brothers(bridestwins), my mom, FMIL and so forth.

The wedding I've been helping to plan is Saturday! The bride is handling it pretty well considering she and the groom are moving across the country two days after the wedding!

Kupcake, what a bold statement on the card box!  You've given me some courage to do mine, my colors have gotten mixed reviews from people (wine and orange, some people think it's garish) so I have been avoiding the card box thing because it's such a big project...but I only have 46 days left! Gotta get going!

Samara,  you did a great job incorporating the lace creatively!
