okay, i'll throw my stuff in...  i have DIY'd a few things so far, but here are what i've got pictures of...

table numbers
i bought about 15 of these frames from JoAnn Fabrics for about two dollars apeice, and spray painted them silver. then i printed out numbers in one of the fonts we're using, cut them out with an exacto knife, and glued them onto black cardstock.

cake topper
we decided to do a monogram cake topper, but i didn't like the prices of the metal ones you can buy, so i got some wooden ones (birch, i think) in another of our fonts and spray painted it the same siver as the frames for the table numbers.  we'll probably attach this to thin dowels to the bottom so that it will stick into the cake.

ring pillow
this pillow was inspired by one of Martha Stewart's, but it's a little bigger. i knitted this in Lion Brand Thick & Quick wool. it's about 6x6". i knit a rectangle, sewed around the edges, and then stuffed it with a felt pillow. i attached two rings with white ribbon, but i think i might change the ribbon to a different color.

...i also made activity books, but sadly, have no pictures.

things to do:
print and assemble invitations
design programs
wrap crayon bundles with ribbons
buy & spray paint vases http://dollartreedirect.com/images/cache/38bea1120cac41dc118e654fdf8fafde.jpg for centerpieces like these: http://www.willmay.com/images/weddings/aj/enlarge/001.jpg (only with daisies, not roses)
assemble bouquets
assemble centerpieces
make signs for random things

Ooh I love your ring pillow, well actually I love it all.  It's all very cute!  I think the colored ribbon would really make the ring pillow pop.

I am using daisies too, and I love the short vases, I will be using glass food type jars.  But I think they'll have the same sort of look.

great job!

OK! Talk about shotgun wedding, I'm getting married on February 8th and I have no idea what I'm going to do. I'm unbelievably nervous. And panicked. I've done nothing yet!!

The *only* thing I have organised is my dress - it's  This one
I'm getting married in this church - sorry this is the best picture I can get. The actual church is through that little gate and it's very quaint.

My reception is going to be held here

I'm going with a pocketfold style invite, I've bought card but haven't made up a design for the inside yet. Literally all I've got so far is my dress, my venue and the card for my invite (and hopefully the order of service). The hotel will do my table settings and centrepieces, so I don't need to worry about that but I need to do everything else. ARGH!

I'm going with the claret - it's stunning. It wasn't at all what I wanted - the original dress I'd picked was this one:

but I've had two babies in 14 months and that dress would highlight every lump and bump, whereas when I tried my dress on it just made me look really good and I felt like a little girl again Cheesy

oops, sorry blottedcopybook.
The dress you chose is the one my sister wanted me to get. It is gorgeous!  I know what you mean about the kids and the dress thing!  Wow on the pics of the venue too!  There are lots of great ideas for pocketfold invites on here.
