Not feeling very crafty, but wanting to be.

The wedding is not very far away.

Invitations done
Dresses need to be finished and hemmed
I dyed some ties, that ended up not working
and some other stuff

I still need to:
Make labels for the beer
Probably make programs
collect croquet and bocce ball
make something else?
I want to sew dresses for some girls, but that hasn't happened

What else can I do!

Oooh, what are the labels going to say?  I made labels for our water bottles and we got lots of compliments on "ordering custom water" -- haha.

I have no idea. We have someone making beer and then found out that the venue (a historic house) has something against "on tap" beverages. So we have to bottle it. And I thought it would be fun to do.

Yes, I am looking for stuff to keep me busy!

Wow, that would be fun!

Do you have any out-of-town guests coming in?  You could make them welcome baskets to greet them at their hotel -- local map, snacks, etc.  All of our guests stayed at the same place, so we marked them with their check-in names and dropped them off the night before.  The hotel placed them in their rooms before check-in, so they were greeted with them.  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=191227.0

Well, it has gone back and forth on the beer labels. And I figured out what I can do! I am going to have a guest book quilt. I have to go to the fabric store and pick out fabric (just for the parts the guest will be writing on, I will leave the other fabrics 'till afterward.) It is a little late, but I will ask people to bring a scrap of quilting fabric to incorporate into the final quilt. I really can't believe it took me this long to decide on doing something that seems so obvious. We use blankets all the time on the couch and my job is sewing (but not quilting). PERFECT!

They're brilliant - I love the colour scheme.

The candy bar idea is really cute!

OoO cupcake, looks good! Your cardbox is interesting; I don't recall ever seeing one with the slot in the side.
Was your ring pillow fabric the inspiration for your colors, or did you just luck into finding one with your colors?
Can't wait to see your actual wedding Smiley
