Ok...twist my arm, why don't ya...  Wink Please excuse the messy headless shots.

A B C
A- soft fluffy poly material
B - sheer organza(ish) overlaid on white. The thing I like about this dress is that the flowers are pins, which makes it really easy to change how the skirt overlay layers are arranged--or do away with the flowers altogether.
C - would definitely replace large hip bow with flowers (possibly ganked from dress B), and needs a petticoat. Has a simple lace-up back which I wasn't able to capture because I lack the manual dexterity to lace myself up the back.

They're all a little more fussy than I initially had in mind for my small oceanside ceremony, but since I couldn't find the cotton/linen dress of my dreams I figured I might as well have a little fun Smiley I'd love love love your opinions/ideas/advice on mods.

You look great in all of them. But my choice would be B without the flowers in the front.

I have 2 nephews that plan to marry this year and I am looking forward to see what you all put together.

I also love to do costuming - so I get a lot of bridal wear at Goodwill and remake them.

My honest opinion is that #1 looks like toilet paper gone crazy on the dress.. it doesn't look flattering on you. #2 and #3 have a much better shape. My favorite is #3.

B!!

It's flowy and beeautiful!  It compliments your hourglass shape wonderfully and it looks like it just belongs oceanside.  I can totally imagine it flowing slightly due to a slight breeze by the water's edge!!

AHHH!  I'm probably way too excited about it. Cheesy

I love B as well...maybe try it a couple different ways and take pictures to see which looks best.  Can't wait to see how it turns out/what you decide!

Hmmm I think 2 w/o flowers looks best. I love the top of the dress on that one the best as well

I guess I am the odd lady out because I love A the most! It obviously needs to be steamed, but I think it is the most interesting of the bunch and looks fantastic on you!

I would say for an ocean side wedding, take about 4 layers off of a. But I'm partial to tea length dresses. B looks like it fits you the best out of all of them. And I agree with Sweets about the bodice--it's awesome.

Thanks for all the input! It looks like B is the front runner (also the one my mom likes best, too, from the pics I sent her. yes, you guys were second only to my mother in seeing my wedding dress! ). Sadly I am without my implements of doom (AKA craft supplies) here so I have to wait another few weeks before I get home to play around with the dresses, but I will definitely keep you guys posted on the progress!!
