Hello everyone! I am new here, and this is my first project post!  Below is a peacock I made with blue and gold felt.  The idea came from http://www.asia.si.edu/exhibitions/online/peacock/default.htm Blue and Gold: The Peacock Room, by James McNeill Whistler</a>, at the Freer Gallery of Art in DC.

Thank you so much!!
As for the pattern, I just kept cutting shapes in felt until I got it to look right! I was able to use some of the scraps from my errors as designs on the tail feathers, but most of it was unusable! ^_^

It's so cute. I L-O-V-E the Peacock Room and the Freer Gallery, so this just makes me love your peacock more.

Great job on the tail feathers.  The peacock room is actually my favorite exhibit in the Freer.  I used to live in DC and tried to visit it as often as I could...
