the coffee bean jewelry is great -- did you drill holes into the beans, batgirl?  i'm baffled  Huh

but my favorite is definitely the button hairclips.  they were added to my wists before i even read the post!

I know-- it is pretty potent!   Tongue

Speaking of scents, the coffee bean jewelry smells awesome -- I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the smell of coffee!  I keep smelling my wrist and people have been looking at me like I am crazy!  he he

Just realized tonight that I haven't been following this gallery - don't know why since I've been involved in this swap.  So, I just read through all 29 pages (and with dial up it took awhile) - wonderful items everyone has sent and received.

Today, Bambikhantastic received the apron I made for her.  I was very nervous because I couldn't find any fabric that really matched the list of things she likes so decided to go with some star fabric.  Then, she tells me today that she likes astronomy - guess I made a good choice after all.

So, here's a picture of it - it looks better in 'real life'

i received an awesome knit surprise from jaami the other day:

check out my sweet new scarf!!

i love it, the texture is great and it looks really cute with my gray cardigan.  and it's still cold enough here in the evenings (and today it's pretty crappy out, too) for scarves, so i get to put it to use!

thanks, jaami  Grin

i asked for handmade soaps, and Jaami sent not one, not two, but THREE whole bars!

(i blurred out your city, phone numbers, and email address in case you didn't want me to post them, Jaami!)

she sent me gardenia, wisteria, and honeysuckle handmade goat's milk soap. Smiley  i cannot WAIT to take a shower. it was an awesome pick-me-up, and i had just gotten home from going to THREE DIFFERENT STORES looking for Tazo Chai Tea. i found Tazo Chai DeCaf, and an assorted box of Tazo tea that CONTAINED tazo chai, but no full boxes. i'm gonna have to order it online or something.

and also, i had bought a ball of yarn to begin a knitting project and set it on the floor for Kai (my kitty) to examine so he wouldn't bother me while i was opening the package, but he was entirely uninterested and ended up stealing the thin strip of plastic that you pull the open the envelope! he loves the soap too, i hope he doesn't try to eat it.

thanks again, Jaami!!!  Cheesy

did i mention tomorrow's my birthday?! PERFECT TIMING!!

Happy Birthday!

Oh yeah...and Tazo tea is made in Portland (or at least it use to be)-I will look tonight for some Tazo chai and send you some.
