This is the last one I've made.

This bag , as all my bags, is made from original 70's fabric, decorated with vintage ribbon and closes with a vintage button.

Here's my entry, finally.

Bag Title: BoHo Hobo
Materials used: about a yard of upholstery fabric, the same of a cotton blend, beads, beaded fringe, velcro

From the outside.

The inside, with a large pocket, divided into 3 sections, so I can find everything.

Action shot, being modelled by the computer hutch

The true color of the bag & a closeup of the fringe & beads.

(The bag is macrame with a reversible lining, I have many colors, but this one is hot pink and blue)

Bag Title: Spring Stripes
Materials used: Printed Cotton, flexible Interfacing and zippers

This bag was an experiment using a more flexible interfacing (I normally use rigid so my bag will stand up straight).

Bag Front:

Bag Back

Bag Lining

There is a zipper enclosure at the top of the bag and another zippered pocket in the lining of the bag - I live in London and it's springtime for the pick pockets too!

I previously posted this bag here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=83570.0, but I think it qualifies as a "spring bag."

Bag Title: Batik Tote

Materials Used:
Batik scraps from previous purses that I made
Darker cotton fabric for the back
Lightweight fleece (I prefer that to interfacing).

Here's my spring bag.  My daughter loved this purse so much I had to make an identical one for her!  It's green brocaded twill with cotton lining.  The handles are made from clear plastic tubing, tied into a ring with craft yarn and the ends sealed with clear duct tape.  They hold up amazingly well.

It's hard to see, but I added an inner patch pocket for my cell phone.

i made and posted this bag quite a while ago (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=76555.0), but it's spring-y enough and i'm desprate for a bag to enter, so here we go:
the orange mushroom and pepper-y hobo bag + wallet!

made from an old t-shirt, some thrift-store fabric, and sequins.
the lining: has mushrooms, peppers, and.....something else. lemon?

and the wallet, i kind of messed up the heart applique so i covered it in fabric paint, not the greatest job on it...

there's plastic on the furniture to keep it neat and clean,
in the pine sol-scented air, somewhere that's green...
