i got my amazing package from serialdeviant today, check this out!



it's a little teeny tiny eyeball-face guy! so amazing!

she also included a chinese red ink pad (i think for stamping chops) but my pictures of that didn't really turn out. it's great! i even have my own chop from childhood days in a chinese calligraphy class (isn't that great?)

anyway, thank you so much, serialdeviant! as if getting a package from china was not cool enough, the contents were amazing.

the little amigurumi dude is so well made and perfectly small.  i'm going to take this guy on my travels with me all summer!

I am making a VERY long wish list for the next swap! I love everything!  The eyeball guy is sooooooooo cute and that bracelet needs to be on my wrist! ha ha

I am probably going to need a swap journal soon, too!! So clever! And all of the fabrics used in everything are just great (drool!) We are curious what crayon craft is--those fish look awesome! I would like some in my windows, too! Please give us a hint on how you made them, memyers!

JMI, don't get mad--Hubby called and said I got a package at home, too!  I have to go straight from work to class so I won't get a chance to see it until really late!!   IT MADE IT despite the Post Office!

LOVE everthing!  The striped fabric is going in my pile for my VBS custume (mexican theme), the ferries are adorable and will make some awsom journals. . .among other things but I've been in a journal kick lately    Thoes are the two that I have plans for. . .everything is equily awsome!!! 

How awsome is asparagus fabric?

We are curious what crayon craft is--those fish look awesome! I would like some in my windows, too! Please give us a hint on how you made them, memyers!

I followed Martha's instructions: http://www.marthastewart.com/page.jhtml?type=content&id=channel1133!  Except I used blue and green crayons, and cut out fish instead of hearts.  (I just used fish pictures I found on the internet.)  For the beads, I just poked a hole in the bottom with a needle and then attached three beads with a jump ring.  It was really easy and fun!
