with only 9 minutes left to april 6th, lets hope this works;;;
i took one boring pair of mary janes with super heels and spray painted them pink. not satisfied, thinking glitter would do the trick, i hole punched some silver and teal foil paper and modge podged the "holes" over the tops and used the remainder of the paper to do the heels and sole. end product - shoes that are louder than the band they will be preforming in!!! Kiss

I kind of like the bottom half where you used the paper with the holes punched out rather than the actual holes.  It looks really really nifty!!
