So yea I posted a few weeks ago about a shoe i had asking for advice on how to use it. Though I got a lot of great feedback i decided to do something different. I needed a way to keep pens close to my calendar so i can easily put events on it. so voila the shoe pen holder!

Yes that is a spongebob calendar, lol.

I used these little white foam things with sticky stuff on each side to put it on my wall. I forget what they're called but they worked really well.

it's kinda hard to tell, what's the purpley-pinky shiny stuff inside the shoe?

That's a cute shoe...and I never would have thought to make a shoe into a pen holder.

But I have a question.  Do the pens and things fall out if they aren't balanced just right?

i think i might have to do this.  thank you for giving me a good idea for what to do with ratty shoes -- they are just about the only things I can bring myself to throw away.  but now I have something to hoard them for!
