here are the very first socks i have ever made. they are very warm and ridiculously comfy. they are the broadripple pattern at knitty. they are made of moda dea sassy stripes cause it was on sale for $1.99 a skein. cheeeeep!

now for the sad part. they are MIA. i lost a backpack full of clothes on route from edinburgh to london and they were in it (so were the pants in the photos). so, so, sad. i miss them. i have bought more yarn (in another colour just in case) to make another pair, but it just won't be the same. sigh.
