45 minutes.  it all depends on the size of the screen and the wattage of the bulb.

how do you know how long it takes?
I've been doing it at Uni but they have a huge darkroom and this big uv light thing that only takes 2 minutes and stuff.
and Im thinking about doing it at home.

the booklet that came with my screenprinting supplies had a chart of wattage/times, otherwise i would have no clue.

argh i REALLY want to work on an intricate gold metallic stencil of wings and maybe your method would be the best way to do it..

your chandelier design is amazing..great detail! I've never tried the photo emulsion method but such intricate designs make me want to..hmmm
