I used a top down raglan calculator to make this sweater. For a little bit of detail I did a panel of reverse stockinette with 3 ribs down the center, and 2 ribs down the sleeves. I used Knit Picks Merino Style in Hollyberry.

I highly reccomend using the raglan calculator. Or you can use Lucia's raglan generator. It is not a top down raglan(it's bottom up) but still a great sweater.

Oooh, I love it! I love the color, and the design is simple but flattering.

How many balls did you use?

I really love the ribbing and the color. You need to have someone take a picture of you in it so we can see the sweater in all of its beauteous glory and impress us even more. Smiley

Excellent sweater, and thanks for the calculator links!  Clever idea to add the details to the front and sleeves - subtle, and a nice touch.

I think I used 5 or 6 balls. I can't remember how many I started with, but I have 2 left. Grin
