Anyone who's into thrifting has noticed the voluminous number of tacky paintings and prints that people have ditched... usually with good reason! Your mission is to purchase one of these "objets d art" and revamp it in some beautiful, clever or ironic way... or however you see fit!

Be sure to snap a picture of the artwork before you revamp it so you can show both versions.

Official Rules:

Post your craft during the period of May 1 to May 5 2006. No sooner. No later.
Instructions for exactly how to post your entry will be available on May 1.
Voting will happen from May 6 to May 12
Each participant can enter ONE project

Originality:

It's probably impossible to know whether your project is 100% original and has never been posted on Craftster or made by anyone else in the past. But if your project was definitely inspired by something you've seen before, then just give credit to that project.
