Oh so tempting.. I too have a strange obsession w/ serial killers. This would be so awesome, but I don't know if I'll have the funds for another swap just yet. I'll definitely have to keep watch though..I might jump in depending on when it gets started.

I'm waiting for two swaps to be completely done then I'll start arranging things. When is a good date to start sign-ups and how long of a crafting period do you think is needed?

Um, like... I dunno about the date, but the crafting period really depends on what you want to allow people to make. like, if you wannasay, One big thing, one small thing..two to three weeks. But if it's just a "Go nuts. Make lots of things. " type swap, I'd go for the full month. eh, s'just my opinion, though.
