I am so pleased with the outcome of this bag! I finally got the time this weekend to work on my new design's pattern and prototype. It turned out so well Smiley

This is the Jellicle, my first handbag design with a zipper closure. I even topped off the zipper pull with a black ribbon to match! The bag is 12" wide at the top, 10" wide at the bottom, and 4" deep. It's 6" tall with straps that give a 10" drop. It's a great little shoulder bag, but very roomy without giving off that "omfg I'm carrying a French baguette" look.

On a side note, I did make another Nintendo DS bag for a friend of mine. With every single one I make, I change the pattern around lol Smiley but it works out in the end... here's her bag:

They're both in the Etsy shop, but the DS bag is unfortunately a custom order for my friend.

Wonderful as usual! I like the fabric choice on the first one:)

The funny thing is that fabric is available in hot pink and red as well as the lavender I've used before. It's just a P.I.T.A. to find it still in stock, so last time I went to the fabric store, I snatched up 5 yards of it just in case it was all gone next time I went LOL... there's no manufacturer's information on the selvage Sad
