After making travel reservations for next week (Boston&NYC) I started itching for a new travel bag. Something I could take on the train/plane, but still metro enough not to throw up any hick tourist red flags.  Smiley

The Urban Outfitters Foldover bag seemd like a reasonable copy item, and after finding terrifically soft pleather in a lovley dark glue/green (with matching zippers at that!!) I knew I had a winning combo.

Sew....ta da!

Additional notes:
-it is lined in a lovley butter yellow/blue green oversized flower print linen
I still haven't found a way to connect the strap.  Any suggestions?
Thanks for the look-see!

when there's nothing left to burn, you have to set yourself on fire.
