WOW I hope so.  I know a geologist who desperately needs a little knitted peep on her desk right now.  Can anyone point out a peep or peep-like knitting pattern?

Hi, tamedvixen!   Grin

Don't know about Peep crafts, but you can put them in the microwave and have battle of the giant Peeps (well, at least until one combusts).

Not sure how they do it but it's pretty nifty:

(Go to the candy section and click on the bunnies, the peeps are there.)

It says she dips them in some kind of transparent resin with glitter in it... I just looked it up and Dick Blick sells polyester casting resin. I  wonder if she's just dumping the glitter in a similar product, then dipping the food in.

Here's info about the resin from the product page:
"Pour Polyester Casting Resin into any mold to make a paperweight, or sculpture. Casting resin is a crystal clear, low viscosity liquid that requires mixing with a catalyst to become rock hard (purchase catalyst separately). It cures to a smooth glossy transparency at room temperature."

Last year I made some purses / easter baskets from the peeps boxes & duct tape. You can see the old post here

I'm having probs too. I think maybe it should be 2 halves not 1 piece. I don't have any scrap yarn I want to use right now so I haven't tried it.
