This idea was mentioned on another thread, I'd be interested in moderating this swap if there was enough interest [say 5 or more people].
The swapped package would include:
1.) book carrying case
2.) bookmark
3.) Used book from your collection

The idea/contents are negotiable of course, but thats the general idea.
Either post here or pm me if you're interested and I'll try to get this rolling  Grin

This sounds like a fun idea! But would a bookbag be like a backpack, or could it be like a little handbag to put the book in? If it is a backpack I'd rather not, but I have a lot of little bags that I dont use nay more that I could send.

I would love to get this one going again!! I was actually just thinking about a book swap this morning. I was thinking a book (although I'd have to go buy one, can't part with one out of my collection.  Wink) with maybe a $10 limit, a bookmark (handmade or store bought), and either a book bag or a "book lovers" type journal. What do you guys think?

That would be groovy! So say I was in the swap, I would go buy a book, make a case thingy for it, and a bookmark? IM IN!

okay....I think there are enough people interested.  But I'm not going to be able to start it for another week or so. I've got about 5 swaps all due Friday, and a lot of personal stuff going on, so I'm kinda swamped right now. But it shouldn't be too long. I will let you all know!!  Smiley

How about just doing a bookmark swap? (handmade, not bought)
You'd be able to mail it in an envelope, which would be a bonus.  And everyone would swap to, say, two or three people, so you'd also receive two or three.
