yup, all the work is mine. I keep getting PMs for my stuff, so I'm thinking about hitting the Etsy bandwagon. No idea what to charge, though, so maybe I should just keep swappin' with all you crafty talented women who can manage things I can't. (Like knit...I have eighteen thumbs when it comes to knitting)

Congrats to you on your wedding too! Oooo...november...That'll be a cool time to tie the knot! You'll be able to wear one of those delish furry shrugs!

Could it be true I finally get to claim Bloocanoe for a lap quilt? Well I'm going to!

* Yarn, regular/dyed/kool-aid dyed whatever any is awesome I love it!

* Sock yarn, enough to make a pair. One day I will start and I won't be able to stop so I'm just preparing myself now.

* I am in love with Norweigan knitted sweaters and mittens a would love some patterns

* Learn to Quill kit, the stuff with the long super skinny strips of paper. I've always wanted to make a family tree like the one that my Great Grandmother had.

* Pillowcases. I don't have two that match
Thank you Rosali
* handmade knitting needles, I have yet to use anything bigger than an 8

* Something to help me teach my 3 y.o. his lower case letters. He knows them all uppercase and now we have a new challenge.

* Cotton Fabric. I love it and use it the most. I love fun weird fabric.

* Funny/Cool t-shirt for my DH. He wears mens L or XL and loves Final Fantasy, taking care of the yard (dandelion slayer), IU and his Weber grill

* Cool thumbtacks for my corkboard that is by my drawing table.

* Fimo - who doesn't need more?

* Beads

* I would love my own "Dundie" to set on my desk at work

* Some sewing patterns for boys clothes sizes 4,5,6.

* A stenciled shirt for my DS in childrens 5t or so that says: Red Dye with the no circle slash around it  or Witches!

* A learn to stencil kit

* Supplies - I cannot get Piecemaker 26's anywhere around here

* A surprise

My name is Laural I just turned 24. I live in Indiana with my DH and 3 y.o. DS. I love all things handmade!  I'm a sew-er, cross stitcher, knitter, crocheter - however I rarely if ever make anything for myself. I like funny things particularly dark humor and I am not easily offended. I love The Office (US version, I haven't seen the other version yet) Absolutely Fabulous, Harry Potter, all things British/English, all things Canada-ish, red and black and well almost any color but brown all by itself.

Oh crap (my husband would kill me for typing that since he hates me saying it) - one of these days, I'll get the hang of this swap.  I kept checking for BlooCanoe's list and not seeing it, then I saw that Laural had claimed her and it dawned on me, I should have looked back at her last post - and she's Canadian, like me, so the postage would have been better (maybe).... oh well, off to look at Laural's list - maybe I can finally get a claim in  Grin

Now that I finally was able to make a choice (two messages up) here is my list:

Fabric

Fat Quarters of purple, yellow or gold - I'm planning to make a quilt for our bed and am collecting fabrics for it right now.  Small prints or patterns would be best but nothing creepy, I like pretty rather

Sewing

I would love a full apron (with a bib) - adult size large.  Any color but black or pink

A tote bag with a zipper.

Cross-stitch

A teapot picture with the teapot measuring about 3" x 3" and the aida cloth at least 6" x 6" so I can frame it to match the few others I have.

Any picture that features tulips, scarecrows or sunflowers

Wooden Items

Something to stand on my display shelves, that's under 12" tall, and relating to tulips, scarecrows or sunflowers.

Other

I collect miniature kitchen utensils so anything to add to this collection would be appreicated.

A candy goodie bag (with just a little chocolate as I'm allergic but my family would love it) - I know this might be a strange request but I've seen some that others have received and they look so good!

Knitting

Knitted dishcloth(s)

About me:  I'm from Alberta, Canada, and am a stay at home Mom of 2 teenage sons.  I love making crafts (quilt, crochet, cross stitch, sew) and swapping with people.  My favorite colors are dark green and dark blue.

11.   V-neck top (like this: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=28382.0): any solid color would be great (not pink or white)I like the butterfly print she used, as well as small floral designs (like these: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=29343.msg245098#msg245098) PM me for measurements (:

14.   A knit tank topmaybe something like this? (http://knitty.com/ISSUEspring05/PATTsoleil.html) It doesnt have to look exactly like that, but I dont like to be exposed, so something conservative would be nice. PM me for measurements.

About me: My name's Natalie, and I've just finished student teaching--yay! I now have time to read and craft and sleep as much as I'd like for a little while until I start working. I love earthy and deep, rich colors--brown, green, orange, teal/turquoise. I can't stand pink, dislike white, and am not too fond of black. OH! i have a super idea for some mexican-themed pendants.  i claim princessblueberry for a set of pendants!  this is my sixth claim; four have been received and one is in progress.
Sewing:

1. A bag like this one:  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=84722.0
I LOVE it, especially the birdy theme (and size! i have a lot of books so it would need to be large and sturdy).  Maybe in green?  I would love you forever!  Or a tote in the style of this one (Im not such a fan of the fabric): http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=83530.0
2. A circle skirt or a similarly non-tight knee-ish length skirt.  PM me for size/colors.
3.  A vinyl tote/large purse/messenger bag with some freestyle sewing-machine embroidery.
4. A belt.  Id like something that can go with lots of different colors (maybe a neutral-y blue or green and white?) and I wear my jeans low on my hips, so PM me for measurements!
5. A nice sturdy grocery tote or two like these: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=47761.0
6. Something for me to carry my lunch in.  Right now I just use paper sacks, which makes me feel very wasteful, and I hate that theyre so noisy and crinkly (I cant sneakily eat snacks!).  PM me for specific size/style.
7. Pajama pants.  I have long legs and I like my pajamas to reach the floor, so its hard for me to find pjs that fit correctly.  Id like a pair in soft colors; flannel would be awesome and so would vertical stripes!

Knit/crochet:

1. Amigurumi animal modeled after one of my pets (your pick of cats, dog, or hamster)
2. A headband like this one: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=74104.0
3. A knitted cloche hat.  Id love one in olive, cranberry, beige/brown, or a deep reddish orange.  Warm, earthy tones look best on me.  I like this hat:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=84722.150 (scroll down)
4. A felted anything.  A felted bag would be neat.  Ooh, or felted beads!

Paper crafts:

1. A handmade journal of some sort.  One to keep track of swaps would be great!
2. Handmade stationery or notecards with envelopes.  I like the ones at the bottom of this page: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=87532.msg838418#msg838418
3. Paper stars for me to hang in my room like these ones: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=83862.0;topicseen

A DIY kit for any of the following:

1. making paper
2. soapmaking
3. stenciling or screen-printing
4. kanzashi flowers
5. making stuffies!  (please no creepy eyes!)
6. knitting
7. clay beads
or surprise me with a cool DIY craft kit! I love learning how to make new things!

Other:

1. I love this crane necklace: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=72997.msg686245;topicseen
2. Teeny little super guy glass: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=86122.0
3. A stenciled/silkscreened shirt or bag.  Things Ive been into lately: birds, cherry blossoms, cats, trees, the phrase cat party, muffins.  PM me if you need more ideas/sizes.
4. These microscope slide pendants are absolutely gorgeous: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=84722.from1145839460;topicseen#new (near the bottom of the page)
5. Anything Totoro/studio Ghibli.  Rosali sent me an awesome Totoro scrapbook and it made me crave more cuteness!
6. A surprise!

Supplies:

1. Im just getting into journal making and I would love some neat paper!  Mostly text-weight or scrapbook paper no cardstock, unless its a really cool pattern.  **If you choose me for this, PLEASE write do not bend on your package!!  My mailman likes to try and cram things into the mailbox**

2. I also just learned how to make microscope slide pendants and I would love any cool little bits of ephemera to make pendants with.

3. I forget the brand, but I would love a stamp pad or two with that one kind of ink that can be used on anything paper, fabric, wood, etc.  **I actually caved and bought myself on of these in black, but I would love any other color!**  Or any other stamping goodies Ive started carving my own stamps, but I only have one (kind of junky) ink pad.

About me: I'm a 19 year old working college student in Portland, Oregon.  Im studying to become a social worker.  I love nature and animals; I have 3 cats, a dog, a hamster, and some fish.  I don't like super flashy things (huge pink flowers.  no) and my favorite colors are green, red, and blue.  I love vintage stuff -- some of my favorite fabrics are 30s style prints.  I also like more modern patterns, like bold stripes and polka dots and there is a special place in my heart for super-cutesy cat prints.

Thank you!!
