I'll Take SimplyFussFree For the DIY needle-felting Kit!

This is My third Wish. I'm in Minneapolis, MN.

Wearable:
1.Re-useable pads/knit tampons/bleed Kit. I've tried to make these things but my attempts are abysmal. Fortunately the Etsy people are around to supplement my lack. I'd love a few more to add to my "cycle!"

2.Dino Shrug, or something like it.(Couldn't find the link, but you all know what I'm talking about!)

3.A Sassy Apron. Any Style, at least one pocket. Claimed! Thanks HomerOf2!

3b. Tattoo apron like this! http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=88880.0  I would love a pocket added on the breast for moneys.

Crafty:
4.Magnetic Katamari, or Katamari pincushion.

5.Embroidery how-to kit, maybe with one of those adorable patterns I see all over craftster? Thanks Catpants! It's AWESOME!

Totes, Etc.
6.These grocery totes are super cute. I'm not vegetarian, so I don't mind eating Mr. piggy. In fact, I'm a member of the bacon of the month club.http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=47761.0 Claimed! Thanks Kiki WooOO!
7.Really, any huge, sturdy Tote bag with a pocket or two. I carry around A LOT of crafts, art books, and junk to and from work. I really need something attractive to haul it around in.

8.A case for my Nintendo DS. Some Inspiration: monster:http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=86803.0 knitted:http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=83668.0

9.A new wallet(any style, really)
10.Checkbook cover,
11.or Business card case

12.Machine Pouches. I'll explain. I'm a tattoo Artist, and I want my machines to have their own cozy covers. They're about the size of two decks of cards stacked on top of one another. Outer fabric would have to be soft and Non-shrink.(some sort of pre-shrunk fleece?) Inner fabric would have to be non-shrinking and non-balling (pre-shrunk patterned cotton or whatever gym shorts are made out of.) since I'll have to sterilize them. PM me is you want to attempt this, and need more info.

Random:
13.I need a Tea cozie. I'm not sure how the things are made, but my teapot is chilly.

14. Plants for me to murder.(Or, at least, attepted murder...I've got two who have staved off death row for 6 months now, I think it's time to add to the inmates.)

15.Speaking of Beer, anything Grainbelt related would be neat-o.

About Me: I'm a 25 year old Tattoo artist in Minneapolis who loves beer and bacon. I also have a thing for Dinosaurs, Long-Legged Wetland birds(cranes and herons), Ninjas, Zombies, Puns, Sci-fi, and craftiness. I adore colour, so I won't bias any thoughts with picking a fave. Let's just say I like it Bright or bold. I have a 1-year old White German Shepherd, and a mild cat allergy(so no scarves made of felted cat hair. Anything else should be fine) I guess I'm sort of Rockabilly in style. I really love science, nature, and space, and anything a little off-the-wall. Spring is coming, so I'll be morel hunting...I'm a fungal!

I'll claim BambiKhantastic for

3.A Sassy Apron. Any Style, at least one pocket.

This is my first claim.

My Wish List

Fabric

Fat Quarters of purple, yellow or gold - I'm planning to make a quilt for our bed and am collecting fabrics for it right now.  Small prints or patterns would be best but nothing creepy, I like pretty rather

Sewing

I would love a full apron (with a bib) - adult size large.  Any color but black or pink

Tote bag - big enough to hold some yarn and a pattern book.  No zipper.  The brighter and bolder the better

Cross-stitch

A teapot picture with the teapot measuring about 3" x 3" and the aida cloth at least 6" x 6" so I can frame it to match the few others I have.

Any picture that features tulips, scarecrows or sunflowers

Wooden Items

Something to stand on my display shelves, that's under 12" tall, and relating to tulips, scarecrows or sunflowers.

Other

I collect miniature kitchen utensils so anything to add to this collection would be appreicated.

About me:  I'm from Alberta, Canada, and am a stay at home Mom of 2 teenage sons.  I love making crafts and swapping with people.  My favorite colors are dark green and dark blue.

I would like to claim Homerof2 for a tote bag.  This is my first claim.

My Wish List:

1.  A panta - black, green, pink, whatever color really

2.  A purse - something smallish, with inside pockets and a zipper, shoulder strap

3.  Stenciled shirt for my hubby - stenciled words "Next time I'll wave with ALL my fingers" He says this all the time!

4.  Mixed paper journal - your choice of colors

5.  Cloth pads

6.  Wallet/Checkbook cover

7.  DIY kit - teach me your specialty

8.  A surprise!

9.  Art for office walls

I'm 39 and live in Michigan.  I've been married almost 7 years and have 2 kids (girl 11 and boy 5).  I love victorian stuff, colors: green, purple, red, pink, black; I'm a Harry Potter fanatic (Snape is my fave character), I sew and do general craftiness, I work at a college running a testing center.

I'll make you some art!  Here's my wishlist.  I'm 21, I live in North Carolina, and I'm going to school for my degree in English Literature.  I have a dog named Huckleberry, and I like things that are simple and functional.

My Wish List
1)   A luscious pair of black fingerless arm warmers like here; Im thinking a very soft black yarn, so that theyll be nice and fluffy (but not shed); Im in love with the ones Mimi wears in RENT in the scene where shes putting on her makeup and crying; maybe they could go up to like mid-forearm, but they are soft enough they can be pushed down a bit (but not so loose that theyd fall down); like the ones here, but without the red lacing or the skull intarsia; just plain black, one piece sleeve-type things
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=90062.0

2)   A gorgeous clapotis knitted in beautiful yarn like here:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=87367.0

3)   Id love a fun patchwork circle skirt like this without the shiny gold (my favorite colors to wear are brown, cream, khaki, and turquoise; maybe with a thick brown waistband with turquoise blue embroidery or smocking that maybe comes to a point or something to accentuate the waistline; hate shiny stuff and see-through; something that looks a little hippie, but more tailored) Id like it to come just to my knees with lots and lots of panels to make it full; Im 53ish); its just so darn cute
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=46671.0

4)   The material on this bag is gorgeous (andreamaries post)!  A nice
roomy messenger bag or slouch hobo or tote bag would be great (think like what Angelina Jolie would wear)
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=88284.10

5)   Grey Japanese rib beret; love the style and color; would prefer it without the pointy tip on top:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=87505.0

6)   back issues of magazines like BUST or Simple Living

7)   a pair of yummy handknit socks and/or a kit to make my own

Cool   This is such an adorable apron; Id love a sunny yellow, or a pale blue brown combo; something antiquey like in the first pic would be cool; Im so living in the wrong century
http://www.rubylane.com/ni/shops/antiquesunderfoot/iteml/AU-501#pic1
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=90730.0

9)   This would be soooo adorable!  I have brown hair, deep brown eyes,
and tanned skin (part Native American); Id love a turquoise or pale blue or pale yellow outfit on her
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=89649.0

10)   I really adore this corset belt, either in the colors shown or in shades of blue; I always ask for it, but never receive it; I think it would be absolutely beautiful with black pants and a black tank; very pretty!
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=17453.0

11)   I like geek patrols entire package here- especially the necklace and the frame
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=92246.0

12) I love the brown bag and the bracelets here in leelee post; totally my style!
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=86096.580

13)   I love yarn; no boucle, or fun fur, or anything with strange things sticking out of it; maybe a really nice skein or two of sock yarn, or some Caron Simply Soft (I like all colors but neon; cream, brown, blues, greens, yellow, red, pink, black, gray- I could find a use for any of it or some handspun yarn; 2 skeins or so would be great, so that I could really make something awesome; I like anything except for the really pale baby colors (mint, pale pale yellow, tie-dye pastels)

14) material for my patchwork quilt; cottons, please; I love feedsack, vintage prints, dots, tiny flowers, etc. and anything from the 30s-50s; don't like shiny or itchy material or neon; would love red, turquoise, brown, pink, yellow, green, orange, blue, lavender, purple, etc.; will be used in a depression block quilt

I pick Raindrops for...something! I'll have to examine my stash!  Wink

I'm in Minnesota, where it's chilly and raining, but at least it's not snow!   Tongue

Here's my list, it's a long one for your choosing pleasure! I keep getting ideas from other posts!

Glamour Cuffs: https://sslrelay.com/www.s109799752.oneandoneshop.co.uk/sess/utn1543d7ae628fe80/shopdata/index.shopscript

Or any knit arm warmers with thumb gusset

A kimono fabric hobo bag like this http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=56519.0 (I am in LOVE with the indigo/orange one!)

Or the necktie schoolbag http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=45985.0;topicseen

Some kind of jewelry roll/organizer thingie for traveling, that will keep my bling from getting tangled!

This is a long shot...but I love it and I'd have no idea how to begin to make one...pmc crane necklace: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=72997.msg686245;topicseen

A how-to kit for one of the crafts I want to learn: bookbinding, pmc, resin , microscope slide necklaces (I have a soldering iron but nothing else...and I'm not sure how to use it!   )

I've been really into bird stuff lately, especially swallows. AND I've been really into tree/blossoming branch/cherry blossom images So... something with a bird/swallow/tattoo swallow/bird with cherry blossoms/blossoming branch motif? Hmmm....

A wristcuff with a bird and/or blossoming branch that says 9.1 on it

I'm loving all the fancy cabled stuff lately...the owl cables, Bobolink's tree, etc. So, something, anything with "picture" cables!

Day of the Dead shrine or figure of a librarian. It would be extra sweet if she was working with slides or art books! OR a happy looking Day of the Dead dog or cat! OR a hanging DOTD butterfly or bird!

A big modern/funky felted stuffy monster guy like Mr. Pretty http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=86035.0;topicseen something a single adult who doesn't collect stuffies but secretly loves them could pass off as "modern decor" and put on the couch like a pillow -LOL. I love Mr. Pretty!

xrays! Several years ago I made a cool lightbox out of an xray of a cat that I found. Later it turned out to be my neighbor's cat, Harold, who died. Of course I gave him the lamp, but I've wanted more xrays ever since! My Drs always refuse to give me mine (not that I get xrayed that much, LOL) Anyone have any unwanted xrays laying around? Human or not, anything interesting will do!

Kanzashi flowers! I received some from Sea of Stars and now I'm HOOKED! I'm Koo-koo for kanzashi!

Fleuri bag http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=29772.0;topicseen

Bloomers! Yeah...resistance is futile....

A wrap skirt! In a 50's inspired, Asian or Amy Butler/Alexander Henry-ish fabric. PM me for more info! Or anchors! My inspiration is, well, everything on madewithlovebyhanna h.com! That girl is a genius!

A fun, retro apron (a full one with the top bit, not the half/skirt kind) ruffles & pockets would ROCK!

Knitty's Nautie! http://knitty.com/ISSUEspring06/PATTnautie.html coiled, in pretty colors. I love nautie!! I've been obssessed with chambered nautilus since I was a kid!

Felted camellia! with or without bag! http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=92340.0;topicseen I love this bag, the colors, the flower, everything about this post is pure joy!

An Amy Butler bag:  it's my aspiration to be able to sew them one day

Summery Noni style felted bag and/or flowers! http://www.pureknits.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=66_85 I just love all of this stuff!!

Some kind of crafty surprise! You can get ideas from my posts or my "wists"!

- a package from a foreign country
- an embellished hoodie - i love hoodies, zip up ones

- stuff for taking baths
- a "funky" quilt square - like this one:  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=84450.0
- a little felted creature
- crocheted granny squares for me to make something
- a circle skirt would be fun!  PM for measurements. Smiley
- i know this isn't necessarily crafty, but i like weird nailpolish colors
- cool brown and tan fabrics - i'm having fun making various things for my room
- a swap journal would be neat http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=77501.0
- a fabric belt could actually be pretty cool
- handspun yarn (duh, everyone has this one)
- felted soap - pm me for scents
- old knitting patterns
- something with an anatomical heart

A DIY kit for any of the following:
- needle felting
- crocheting

- making a coin purse (sewn)

About me: My name is Meredith, I'm 24 years old, I'm living in L.A, originally from Buffalo, NY.  I love browns, dark greens, burgundy, colors like that.  But sometimes I like light pink. Smiley  I'm quite into movies and reading as well as crafting, and I heart my computer.  I like quaint little flowers, chocolate, rain, vampires, and cordouroy.  Patchwork especially.  I pretty much wear the same jewelry all the time.  I love  thrift store sweaters and am constantly collecting them.
