So, this guy that always comes into my work wears this awesome necklace made from a baseball, like the leather on the ball is cut along the stitches, making the necklace...i can't really explain it well, but search on ebay for baseball necklace and you'll see what i mean. (i wasn't sure about posting a link to someones ebay auction).

anyway, i also saw that someone on ebay was selling the instructions for $20, which i am so not going to pay, so i figured i'd check with all you crafty people first.

thanks, have a crafty day, bekki

Didn't really get a good look at the picture, but it looks like you cut around the stitches, then wrap them around a core cord.

Ok..i made one of these they are really easy just take like a really sharp knife and cut around the seams of the baseball when u get the seams off of the middle of the base ball  take all the string and stuff off of the back of the seams and then but the seam to the size u want then i punched a hole in the ends and used some red string to tie it together. im sorry if that sounds confusing.if ya have any questions ya can email me at sillygoose_leighann@hotmail.com
