I made the two outfis on the left - sorry for the small, undetailed pictures, but they are all I got!
For the boy, I made a pair of flared shag fur legwarmers and sewed them over a pair of pinstripe pants.  The shirt I reconstructed by cutting it apart and serging it back together with contrasting thread.  I also took in the sides a bit to fit him better.

On me, I made flared legwarmers out of pink fishnet.  I kinda just draped the fabric around my legs and guessed how wide the fabric needed to be.  I sewed vinyl on the tops.  The shirt is just a big long tube top with two layers of fabric.  I stitched two rows of stitching down the front/side with long stitches, then gathered it for the shirred effect.  Viola.

Thanks!
Ok for the top, all I did was sew a really long tube top out of a rectangle of pink lycra with a black mesh overlay.  The one seam I had was the back seam.  I layed the top down, front facint me, and marked a line down one side (that would go over the boob).  I just took my sewing machine and stitched with a long stitchlength down the line, then again 1/4" away.  I pulled the threads and gathered the material up until it was the length I like.  I evenly distributed the fabric with my fingers and tied a knot in the thread at the bottom.  After this, I sewed a regular line of stitchinig BETWEEN the other two lines.  Once that was secure, I took the first two lines out.  I finished the top edge by serging and folding over and stitching it down.  After that I sewed a vinyl "tube" and used it as a halter strap, making the neckline a bit asymmetrical.  I hope this makes sense!
