Ok, so there are a lot of stawberry hats on here, but i have a specific question. Ive made hate before so i was just going to make a hat, but does anyone have any ways to make the strawberry gree part on top? I figure i could always crochet it, but i have no idea how to actullay make it! thanks in advance!

My humble suggestion-

Make the hat as per usual in the red and then crochet a star-shaped thing in green to simulate leaves. I would try something like this:

ch 5, join w/sl stitch
ch 3, dc to fill in ring
continue to build up a circular shape till desired size, *then ch until it is the length you want leaf to be. (treat as foundation ch)
turn, sc a few times, maybe hdc, then dc and then maybe treble/triple crochet (you've made a point extending from the circle)*
continue on until the next spot you want a leaf and repeat from  *

Then crochet a small tube to make the stem and attach the whole shebang to the hat.

Think of it as making a doily with points on it. Or imagine a snowflake pattern.
