I'd love to know how you did that!  I've been thinking about weddings etc (not that I'm getting married anytime soon ha).  I've always really wanted to get married at Disney World, and i think it would be awesome to give out chocolate roses as favours.  I was thinking I'd probably have the cash to buy them, but it would be so much better if I could craft them!

Is that a Hershey Kiss rose?  I like making them with Easter colored kisses with clear saran wrap.  =)  They make cute centerpieces, a few in a vase.

DrewsUSAgirl has the right idea.
Here's step by step instructions.
1. Take a skewer (one of those giant toothpick things) and ram it gently into the top of a hersheys kiss until it is secure.

2.  Balance another hershey kiss (perhaps a caramel filled one mmm) on top.

3.  With a square of non-transparent cellophane (I used red, but you can change the colour to your tastes or purposes - approx 3in x 3in. depending on how dexterous you are) cover the two hersheys kisses and wrap the excess cellophane against the skewer.

4. Take green gardening paper-like tape (sorry, I don't know the proper terms >.<) and wrap the skewer starting from the base of the "rose" all the way to the bottom of the skewer.  At some point along the wrapping, stop and insert one of those plastic leaves attached to a wire and wrap that in as well.

5. You can trim the skewer to any length you'd lke.

I apologize for my cryptic instructions...but have fun figuring it out! Once you get the hang of it you can make a whole load and they look gorgeous in bouquets!
